Within Key Club International, there are 33 districts, which are divided into divisions. OUR division, 4 South, is one of the seven divisions in Region 3 and one of the 75 in the Cali-Nev-Ha District. We are made up of ten clubs: Aliso Niguel, Capistrano Valley, Dana Hills, El Toro, Laguna Hills, Mission Viejo, San Clemente, San Juan Hills, Tesoro, and Trabuco Hills. These ten clubs come together to form one huge "roaring" family!

Division 4 South is a part of "The Rainbow Region 3". Our region includes the Division 30 North Rhinos, Division 30 South Suns, Division 4 North Otters, Division 4 West Dragons, Division 4 Central Froggies, Division 4 East Goldfish, and last but not least, the Division 4 South Lions. Region 3 contains the most divisions in the Cali-Nev-Ha District; our region spans from La Habra all the way down to San Clemente.
The Region hosts many annual events such as Officer Training Conference (OTC), Beach Boomba, Region Training Conference (RTC), Rose Float Decorating, and Conclave.
